CIRCULAR NO. 30 – SEPTEMBER CONTROL TESTS 2023

BELOW you will find a copy of the Control Tests Timetable.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Teaching & Learning continues after the test.
• NO EXEATS will be granted during this time.
• Learners must be engaged in a meaningful study programme, right now.
• After engaging with educators when June reports were collected, both learners and parents are fully aware of weaknesses that need to be shored up.
• Late-comers will be detained to complete their test between 14h00 and 15h00.
• All school rules must be strictly adhered to.
• VAPING AT SCHOOL:
  • Parents must be aware that vaping is prohibited at school, and also that it carries with it serious health risks.
  • Please note – learners will face suspension if found vaping.
• MATHS/MATHS LITERACY:
  • Formal Assessment will be held on Tuesday, 29 August 2023.
  • NO EXEATS will be allowed.
  • Parents must ensure that ALL learners attend school.
  • Unwarranted absenteeism will be addressed by Grade Controllers.
