CIRCULAR NO. 3 – GOVERNING BODY ELECTIONS

NOTICE OF GOVERNING BODY ELECTIONS

As per Departmental Guidelines, a new Governing Body has to be elected every three (3) years.

A GOVERNING BODY ELECTION MEETING is scheduled for:       

            DATE:            Thursday, 29 February 2024

            TIME:             6:00 pm (18:00)

            VENUE:         Umbilo Secondary School 

Only parents who have children attending Umbilo Secondary are eligible to be elected, nominated, or seconded to vote. 

Please bring your green bar-coded ID document / smart ID card or current passport if you are a foreigner.

In the event of the meeting not taking place because of there being no quorum, the SECOND MEETING will then be held as follows:

            TIME:             6:00 pm (18:00)
