CIRCULAR NO 4 OF 2022

ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE

For this goal or vision to manifest our learners must be focused on academics. All SBA must be completed and learners should be preparing for the June Examinations. This means that routines must change to accommodate a functional study timetable.

JUNE EXAMINATION

• Download the June 2022 Examination Timetable.
• Unfortunately, due to space constraints, we have no option but to send learners home after an exam.
• Please ensure that adequate transport arrangements are made.
• Learners who are unable to get home safely after an exam will be accommodated at school until 14h30.

SCHOOL FEES

To ensure that all our bills are paid at the end of each month, it is imperative that school fees are paid. To ensure that services are rendered, fees must be paid; presently the school has no choice but to hand over unpaid school fees for collection from a Debt Collector.

School Fee Statements will be handed out on TUESDAY, 31 MAY 2022.

ASCENSION DAY

As per permission granted by the Dept. of Education the school will be closed on

Thursday, 26 May 2022 for Ascension Day.

School will resume on Friday, 27 May 2022 as normal.
