CIRCULAR NO 19 OF 2022

DISCIPLINE

• Our Grade 8 and 9 learners are presently presenting serious discipline issues:
  • Non-compliance with SBA as well as classwork.
  • Rude and disrespectful behaviour.
  • Disobedience
  • Violence/Cellphone usage
  • Selling of sweets and lollipops
• To curb this behaviour we are appealing to parents to conscientize their children. As detention is our only means of discipline, please note that learners will be detained until 2:45, when subject teachers/class teachers need to do so.

ACADEMICS

• With the completion of Control Tests, all marks (including SBA) will be collated. Reports will be handed out in the NEW TERM.

TERM 4

• The school will re-open on TUESDAY, 11 OCTOBER 2022. All learners are expected to return in full school uniform and on time. All School rules apply, especially those regarding uniforms, cellphones, and late-coming.
• As this gives us approximately three weeks to prepare learners for the Final Exam please ensure that your child/ward is fully prepared.

SCHOOL FEES

• All school fees for 2022 are now due. Please do the right thing and ensure that school fees are paid. Salaries and the day-to-day running of the school depend on this.
• Presently only 30% of parents have paid their school fees.
• All outstanding fees will be handed over to a Debt Collector at the end of October 2022.
